We accept children from 9 months to 5 years old, and we are committed to the principle of equal opportunities. We are an all-inclusive practice and do our best to facilitate children with varying needs. If your child has additional needs, please feel free to discuss these on your show around visit.
We welcome visits by prospective parents throughout the year and appointments can be arranged by contacting us via the “contact us” tab on the home page.
The first step is for you to complete our Registration Form and pay a small non-refundable Registration Fee. At this point your child will be placed on our waiting list, and should a place become available you will be notified accordingly.
If you are next on the waiting list and we do not have your specified days available, we will offer you an alternative until your days are available.

Once your child has a place at our nursery, we will expect to see them every day in accordance with the nursery arrangements you have specifically agreed. This could be for a minimum of two days, up to a maximum of five days per week. However, if your child is sick, or you are going away on a family holiday, you must inform us as soon as possible, so we know when NOT TO EXPECT your child at our nursery.
We understand that at certain times, parents may need a one-off extra day. We are more than happy to help but must keep within staff:child ratios. Please note that additional fees are levied when parents need us to look after their children on days other than those agreed. Please contact us for more information.
If you wish to withdraw your child from our nursery, or reduce the number of days in attendance, you will be required to give us two calendar months’ notice in advance. Notice must be given in writing via email and sent to the Business Manager. Your final months invoice will be pro rata accordingly based on when their last day will be.
When your child leaves our nursery to move to their next setting, you will be given a leaving report which summaries your child's achievements. A copy of this report will also be sent to your child's new setting, along with any other relevant information relating to your child's educational or welfare needs. If you have any questions regarding the content of these reports, please speak to your child's key worker who will be happy to talk things through with you.
